We are looking for a passionate colleague who has a strong affinity for sales and financials both in tandem with technology. As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be part of our Sales team and responsible for securing a significant part of our revenue

Core Responsibilities:

  • Works with account managers, channel partners, and end-user customers to renew and extend expiring subscriptions.
  • Builds and executes an account plan.
  • Driving specific renewals and sales programs, outbound calling, and prospecting to grow market share
  • Responsible for handling customer sales inquiries with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers’ products and services
  • Advises customer of expiring support or maintenance contracts, pricing, new service offerings, etc.
  • Will have sufficient knowledge to understand customer’s embedded base of products as well as new product features and their benefits to customers
  • Responsible for invoicing and optimisation of the renewal process.
